MEMBER GUIDELINES

-Free to join!

-You need to have at least one referral from a ScatterJaw Rapid Response Team Member. If you do not know any of the groups listed here then two referrals from prior clients must be provided.

-You must be able to reply to a call for help within a 24 to 48hr window via e-mail or phone

-Your website must be easy to navigate to find help

-Your website must be free of pop-ups

-You must require background checks of all your team members that respond to private homes, dwellings or businesses.

-You must not charge for service

-You must not share client information without consent

-Your site must be free of profanity

*If one of the guidelines cannot be met we will not list your team*

Before inquiring be sure that all guidelines have been completely understood

Your site will be checked once a month for various reasons:

1. Your team still has a webpage

2. Your team is current and active

3. Your e-mail or contact form for help is not broken

If for what ever reason your team no longer provides this type of service please just send us an e-mail letting us know you are no longer active and we will remove your team from our list. If during our monthly checks we find your website link is broken we will send an e-mail of concern to you which you will then have 48 hours to respond; if we do not receive an e-mail back within that time frame your site will be removed; however, we will relist your site if the broken link was due to technical/ webmaster error.

As soon as we can verify that all guidelines have been met we will add a link to this website under your state(s) you currently provide service for and present your team with our badge:

We have new members joining everyday and encourage that you network with those members.
